Given the remarkable experience gained over the last years, the
Company has increased its quality standard so as to improve its
Quality Management System with the basic aim of ensuring the achievement
of the following general objectives:
Realisation of products that meet the clients' needs, guaranteeing:
1. The product quality.
2. Quick delivery.
3. Economical competitiveness.
The policy for the quality adopted by the Company to achieve the
objectives in a systematic and effective way results in the application
of a Quality Management System based on the following guidelines
and strategic goals:
° the systematic management of the corporate processes,
° the orientation of the organisation to the client/user needs,
° the cohesion and involvement of a skilled staff,
° the continuous improvement of the service and organisation
through specific management choices based on the statistical analysis
of the objective data,
° a reliable and constructive collaboration with the suppliers.
Specific and/or individual objectives.
All company staff operates under these Quality System guidelines
following the procedures indicated in the Quality Handbook, and
in particular in the task book. Over the years, the results gained
from the management of our Quality System have been recognised by
the TUV certification body starting from 1999; The Quality Management
System has been regularly updated to the standards in force; we
are currently updated to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
